A permanent tooth implant may be a good option for you. If adequate bone structure is present, a metal post is fastened to your jawbone, which is then capped by a natural looking dental crown. If a tooth implant is not right for your dental wellness plan, then perhaps you can have your teeth restored by fixed or removable bridges. The fixed bridge is cemented in place, with no need to remove for cleaning. The removable bridge is a more cost-effective option than fixed bridges, but may require removal of teeth and may not feel quite as secure as a fixed bridge.
